Is there a fireplace?
Most units do have a gas or wood-burning fireplace. However, owners prefer you to use presto logs for wood-burning fireplaces.
Is there a telephone?
At this time none of the units have a telephone. There are payphones located throughout the village and cell phones work in the area as well.
Where is the hot tub?
Some of the properties do not come with hot tubs; however, we do have several with private hot tubs available.
Is Internet access available? Currently only Above The Clouds offers complimentary wireless Internet access. There are a couple of coin op computers ($1 for 10 minutes) and wireless Internet ($5 per day) located near our office.
Can I bring my dog?
Please inquire at the time of booking. Currently only Above The Clouds, Copper Creek Lodge #23, Mountain View Lodge #201 and a few private rooms at The Double Diamond Hostel allow pets upon approval.
Can I Smoke?
No units permit smoking inside, however, many have a deck or porch.
Is there a booking Deposit?
Yes, a booking deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus taxes is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon arrival. Payments can be made by Visa or Master Card.
Do you accept groups?
Yes and we do have group rates. Please call us for specifics and we can set a package designed specifically for your group.
What are the rates for lift tickets?
We offer discounted lift ticket vouchers when you book your accommodations with us. Apex Mountain Resort also offers discounts on lift tickets for groups (20+) and seasons pass holders at some other resorts.
